Day 1 of our cruise on the Dawn Princess to the Mexican Riviera...Sitting by the pool (with a drink of course) before leaving San Diego.

The view from our cabins...of the Port of San Diego. (Yes, that is a submarine. I think it's an old Russian one. I was more interested in getting to the boat than sight-seeing, though we did walk past it as we walked from the airport to the port.)
There were two aircraft carriers docked as we were in San Diego.
